We can discuss details and updates through those channels.I will provide regular updates and progress reports as the commission moves forward.Please ensure that you remain responsive and available for feedback or additional details throughout the process to avoid delays.In the event that I am unable to complete the commission, I reserve the right to issue a full or partial refund, depending on the progress made.The estimated delivery time is flexible and may be extended in cases of complexity, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified in advance if any delays occur.

You are free to post the completed artwork on your social media accounts. However, please ensure proper credit is given to me as the original artist.You may not use the artwork in any form for training AI models, selling NFTs, or other blockchain-related activities.You are allowed to make personal edits to the artwork, but credit to the original artist must be visibly maintained wherever the artwork is shared.I retain the right to post the completed commission on my social media platforms, use it in my portfolio, and feature it in promotional materials, unless otherwise discussed beforehand.All artwork remains under my copyright, and redistribution or reproduction for commercial purposes without prior agreement is strictly prohibited.You will receive the completed artwork as a single image or a set of JPG/JPEG/PNG files. These files will be delivered via email or a file-sharing service. If you require different formats or additional file types, please discuss these needs prior to the commission.

Fill Out the Commission Form: Below you will find the Google form that will ask for all the details about your commission. This form will help me understand your requirements, preferences, and any reference materials you may have.Understand the Queue: Please be aware that I may be able to work simultaneously, I will be prioritizing based on order of confirmation , and there may be a queue depending on current demand. This means there might be a wait before I can start your commission.Response Time: I will review your form and get back to you as soon as possible. However, during times of high demand, there may be a delay in my response. I appreciate your patience and understanding.Confirmation: Once I’ve reviewed your form and we’ve agreed on the details, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps and payment information.

payment guidelines

1. All payments are processed exclusively through PayPal.2. Full payment needs to be made after the approval of a sketch. When the payment is made, I will begin working on the commission further3. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity and revisions requested during the commission (e.g., for more characters, complex backgrounds, or extended polishing). These will be communicated as the work progresses, and a final total will be provided before the final delivery.4. Commissions may be worked on simultaneously, however priority will be made based on the order of confirmation.5. Refund Policy: I reserve the right to decline and refund the commissioner at any time if I am unable to complete the artwork or if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the case of a refund request, the amount refunded will depend on the progress made:

5.1 Full refund if the commission is canceled before work has begun on the final piece.5.2 Partial refund if work has started beyond the sketch phase.5.3 No refund once the artwork has been completed.
